EDT has been chosen as the constituent of "TWSE Corporate Governance"

It is a pleasure for the EDT to become one of the members of "TWSE Corporate Index Governance 100" (CG 100) as of July 17, 2020. This index is to encourage good governance practices for publicly traded companies. The main eligibility criteria for the 100 constituents must score 20% higher corporate governance assessment, trade volume liquidity and financial performance. The EDT has been in the top 20% of the Business Governance Assessment for four consecutive years among those listed companies, and gained recognition from becoming the component of GC 100. The EDT will continue to improve our company and the pursuit of sustainable governance development to maximize the interest of all stakeholders in the future.
